Our Mission

Ladders to Leaders is dedicated to helping people transition from alcoholism and addiction, with concern to domestic violence, homelessness, incarceration, and related mental illnesses into productive members of society by offering housing, employment opportunities, intensive peer-based case management, peer support, access to outside professional resources, and a safe environment.

Our Vision

Link short term approaches to recovery with successful long-term recovery strategies that include intense immersion in a recovery environment featuring community/fellowship, hard work, training/mentorship, personal responsibility, volunteerism, and individualised spiritual support.

Our Core Values

Ladders to Leaders believes...

  • Recovery is the personal responsibility of the addict/alcoholic

  • Recovery is a lifelong endeavor

  • Recovery requires a dramatic change in psyche

  • Recovery is about finding place and purpose in the Universe

  • Recovery is significantly stronger and more lasting when clients immediately, intensively and lastingly affiliate themselves with a recovery group or fellowship. Short term approaches to recovery do not work without linking to longer term strategies based upon the principles above
